TERMS
1. General
NovaGym offers personal training and fitness services at 21 Watford Way, Hendon Central, London NW4 3JH. By purchasing a package or booking a session, you agree to the following terms.
2. Session Packages & Expiry

All personal training packages (Silver, Gold, Platinum, and custom) must be used within 12 months of purchase.

Unused sessions after this period will expire and cannot be refunded or extended.

Packages are non-transferable and intended solely for the purchasing client.
3. Booking & Cancellations

Sessions must be booked in advance using the NovaGym scheduling system.

24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as used.

Repeated no-shows may result in loss of future booking privileges.
4. Payments & Refunds

Payment is due in full at the time of booking or upon package purchase.

No refunds are provided for change of mind, non-use, or failure to attend.

In special circumstances (e.g. injury), session credits may be frozen or extended at NovaGym’s discretion.
5. Trainer Assignments

While we aim to keep you with the same trainer, NovaGym reserves the right to assign you to an alternative qualified trainer if necessary (e.g. illness, leave).

Freelance trainers operating under NovaGym may deliver sessions on behalf of the business.
6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to training.

You agree to follow guidance provided by trainers and use the facility in a respectful, hygienic manner.

NovaGym reserves the right to terminate services with clients whose behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe.
7. Liability

NovaGym and its trainers are not liable for injuries sustained during sessions, except where caused by negligence.

You agree to participate at your own risk and to seek medical advice if uncertain about your fitness for exercise.
8. Amendments
These terms may be updated with reasonable notice. Continued use of NovaGym services confirms your acceptance of any changes.
